Delivery
Delivery is free on all orders within South Africa. We deliver to physical addresses in South Africa only and do not currently ship outside the country.
You enter your delivery address at checkout, and free delivery is applied to your order automatically – there is no delivery charge to add.
Payment
All prices on this website are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and exclude VAT. VAT at 15% is added to your order at checkout, where it is shown as a separate line so you can see both the amount excluding VAT and the total you will pay.
Orders are paid online through Payfast, which lets you pay securely using your preferred payment method. You are taken to Payfast to complete your payment, and your order is confirmed once the payment has been received.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: XL Solutions, Unit 16, Sunnyrock Business Park 3, Cnr North Reef Road and Sunrock Close Road, Sunnyrock, Johannesburg.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
